Henry Estate Winery Event Markets
June 15 & August 17, 2013
I am excited to announce that we will have 10’ x 10’ event market booth spaces again available for rent at our Henry Goes Wine event on August 17, 2013. The cost for your booth space for the day is $20.
The event marketplace will be located in Adventure Village (AV) amongst a host of other festival activities such as bouncy houses, Wildlife Safari, petting zoo, horse rides, face painting, miniature golf and much more.
For returning vendors please note these changes:
v The area is now all grass so dust won’t be an issue.
v Additional music speakers will allow directed sound to AV.
v A large banner will be erected over the driveway entrance to AV as well as the banner directing attendees
v For all events, due to Mother Nature’s breeze/wind, it is highly recommended to secure your canopy as you would for a coastal event
This application also includes the date for our 2 annual Country Crawdads & Cajun Blues Festival. Those spaces will be on the front lawn area as available. The booth space for the Crawdad Festival is $10.
If you know of any other vendors who would like to participate in either or both events, feel free to pass on the information.

CALL FOR VENDORS/MERCHANTS/CRAFTERS:
FRONTIER Communications in Myrtle Creek is hosting the 1st Annual FRONTIER Great Donate Car Show on Saturday, June 15 at 326 S. Old Pacific Highway, Tri-City.
In conjunction with this fundraiser event, FRONTIER Communications is inviting any and all interested vendors/merchants/crafters to set up and display their products or services at NO COST. All interested participants must provide their own tables/chairs and shade (EZ Ups/10x10max). No electricity will be available. Reservations not needed and participants are not obliged to stay longer than they want to.
